Gee Gie Pty Ltd is an Indigenous professional services company. The executive leadership team comprised of Raylene Bellottie, Sharon Jones and Rod Greedy, have extensive experience working with industry, business, and Indigenous communities nationally.
We deliver professional services to a range of sectors including government, defence, construction, maintenance, transport, utilities, infrastructure, oil and gas, and resources. We deliver honest and open service provision, focussed on customer needs and requirements. We have Department of Defence security cleared and vetted employees.
Our Company’s social licence to operate is based upon development of white collar capabilities within Indigenous Australia. We achieve this by employment and training of Indigenous Australians within Gee Gie and the provision of professional opportunities in our business; supporting other businesses to navigate the Indigenous engagement landscape in an ethical and transparent manner. Through this mechanism we aim to assist in closing the gap for Australia.
We employ practical systems thinking to leverage our organic capabilities and our extensive partnership network to develop tailored solutions; increasing and sustaining our Clients’ return on assets through a balanced development of strategy, people, processes, systems, and extended supply chain.
